Senior Housing Plan Smoke and Mirrors

This letter to Planning Department of the City of Grand Terrace states that it is not sufficient to plan for low and moderate income seniors only. NOT providing a comprehensive plan will result in no plan being accepted, or funded until a complete plan is provided and all low and moderate income classes of society are incorporated in the plan.

State law requires 20% of CRA funds be spent on providing services and housing to Low and Moderate income people, and families.
