Hilkey Logic

"Cities that have Youth Programs have Problems WE don't HAVE in Grand Terrace" (A HILKEY ISTIC Comment)

So, If that logic is followed.

Seniors in Grand Terrace have a Program and Services, so THEY must be a PROBLEM.

Children in the 6th grade or less are a PROBLEM, because there are CITY PROGRAMS for THEM.

***********************************************************************

The Problem with SENIORS is that they live in under taxed homes that haven't been sold recently so the Realtors and the Tax Collection and Spenders are drooling over the opportunity to move, remove or domain Seniors out of their property and move them into a "Housing Complex".

*************************************************************************

The Problem with Young Children: People leaving them home alone would be arrested. Unlike the practice of leaving Youth Unattended or Disengaged with ADULT Oversight.

**************************************************************************

Or could it be that Council Member Herman Hilkey thinks the City of Colton, City of Riverside, Highgrove, Redlands, San Bernardino, Loma Linda, and other City's with Programs are Inferior and Sub-standard and their citizens are inherently dis-functional?

************************************************************************

There are severl words that discribe that sort of thinking...
